Komodo Island, NTT, Indonesia

As the name implies, Komodo Island is home to rare animal habitats in Indonesia.  Of course, it's fun when tourists can see firsthand the life of protected animals on Komodo Island. Want to know where the most exotic places on Komodo Island are? The following reviews were summarized on Wednesday.

Being on Komodo Island, don't miss stopping by Rinca Island. Here is a great place to see a herd of komodo dragons.  Tourists can climb Mount Ara (538 meters). Many Komodo dragons can be found in the mountains.Besides Komodo dragons, other animals that can be seen include wild deer, bulls and wild horses.

Pink Beach

On Komodo Island, Pink Beach is a popular place to visit.  However, because it is on a different side from the entrance to the National Park, it takes approximately 20-30 minutes by boat.

The length of the shoreline of Pink Beach is relatively short because it is located in a bay flanked by giant coral mountains.  It is recommended to bring snorkeling equipment because, in addition to the tempting pink sand, the underwater scenery is also amazing.

Wae Rebo

This village in the middle of the mountains is also no less interesting than other places on Komodo Island.

The rows of mountains that seem to protect Wae Rebo Village are a sight to behold.  Given its location, which is still isolated from the outside world, it makes people living in Wae Rebo Village move around using traditional tools. One thing that is interesting about Wae Rebo Village is the shape of the cone house.

Manta Point

The Komodo Island area is also famous for its underwater beauty.  On Komodo Island, tourists can do various water activities such as diving or snorkeling.  One of the most famous diving spots on Komodo Island is Manta Point.

Manta point is located in Loh Liang, Komodo National Park.  The place can be reached about 25 minutes from Pink Beach.  Manta Point, as the name implies, is an excellent location for viewing the Manta, the world's largest stingray species.

Manta Rays can be seen from the boat, but if you want to dive, you can see and touch them directly.  They are, of course, accompanied by a professional.

Padar Island

This place is the most photogenic on Komodo Island, so it is mandatory to visit. This island is located between Rinca Island and Komodo Island. This island has an attraction in the form of hills and exotic waters.  On this island, only a few Komodo dragons can be found.

The hills on this island can be climbed by visitors. To reach it, you have to climb hundreds of stairs, which takes approximately 30 minutes. From the top of the hill, tourists can see three exotic bays.
